Super Luna Sangerie a Lupului, un fenomen astronomic rar care a putut fi vazut si din Romania

Luna a oferit curiosilor un spectacol astronomic de exceptie in noaptea de duminica spre luni: Super Luna Sangerie a Lupului, un fenomen rar, produs de o eclipsa totala de luna.
Mii de pasionati de astronomie au indurat temperaturile scazute pentru a fi martorii evenimentului, dar si pentru a-l surprinde in imagini.
Evenimentul rar are loc atunci cand luna este pozitionata putin mai aproape de Pamant decat de obicei si pare putin mai mare si mai stralucitoare decat in mod normal – un fenomen numit super luna. Culoarea – nuante de la portocaliu la caramiziu – pe care o capata satelitul natural al Terrei in momentul in care trece prin umbra Pamantului a facut ca fenomenul sa mai fie cunoscut in media drept “luna sangerie”.
Aceasta a fost botezata “a Lupului”, deoarece in noptile geroase de ianuarie cu luna plina amerindienii auzeau deseori lupii urland.
Intreaga eclipsa a fost vizibila din Marea Britanie, America de Nord si de Sud, Europa de Vest si de Nord, scrie The Guardian.
In Romania, urmatoarea si singura eclipsa de Luna care va mai fi vizibila anul acesta si care va fi partiala va avea loc pe 16 iulie.
